ShotcutCrew may use Gemini, OpenAI, OpenRouter, and internal automation systems to process scripts, briefs, booking requirements, portfolio signals, service tags, and workflow data for recommendations, planning, matching, and operational automation.
Users should avoid submitting confidential third-party material unless they have permission to do so. AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed independently.
Data Retention
- Account data is retained while the account is active and for a reasonable period after closure.
- Transaction and booking records may be retained for up to 7 years for Indian tax and accounting compliance.
- KYC records may be retained for compliance and trust-safety requirements, then securely deleted when no longer needed.
